Lisa Belle, Managing Director, is the Head of Americas Financial Crime and BSA/AML Officer for BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. Ms. Belle joined BlackRock in June 2019 from JP Morgan, where she had worked since 2013 and was most recently their Global Financial Crime Head for Asset and Wealth Management leading the AML and sanctions programs and providing advice and guidance on their Consent Order implementation. Prior to JP Morgan, Ms. Belle worked at RBS Securities, Barclays Wealth, Citigroup and UBS and has had broad experience across a range of different financial services industries and worked on all aspects of Financial Crime programs. Ms. Belle started her career with Accenture and is a qualified lawyer and a member of the Ohio Bar.
