Baran Ozkan is co-founder and CEO of Flagright, the AI operating system for financial crime compliance. He leads the company’s work to help fintechs, banks, and regulated financial institutions unify transaction monitoring, watchlist screening, risk scoring, investigations, case management, governance workflows, and explainable AI into enterprise grade, audit ready compliance infrastructure. Before Flagright, Baran led product development at TransferGo, helping scale a platform serving more than 3 million users and launch new markets, following roles at Forto, Zalando, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
